Faithful to this commitment, in 1994, TAU CERÁMICA obtains the Company Registration Certificate by AENOR, document which certifies the high quality system implantation according to the standards in UNE EN ISO 9001, which stablishes the requirements to guarantee quality along the steps in design, development, production, selling and postselling service. During the subsequent follow-up audits of the Quality System, TAU Cerámica has been constantly improving and incorporating new trends in quality.

In the same way, in 2000, TAU achieves the Envirnmental Management Certificate, document which recognize the implantantion of an Environmental Management System in accordance with the specifications of the international standard BS EN ISO 14001.

Training and information are two of the key factors that brings the full integration of all employees and joined participation in all areas, facts which have helped developing and implementing a management system itself that, with an emphasis on prevention and promoting self-control, searches and measures effectiveness, and therefore useful, objective in the development of TAU MODEL of CERAMIC MANAGEMENT.
