Furthermore, our continuing training annual programs aim to optimise your performance at work and you will have more chances to be promoted or improve your employment prospects. Earnings.
TAU CERAMIC offers competitive salaries, in keeping with you experience and abilities. Depending on the post, besides your fix salary you may also receive variable earnings; it depends on your own results Company’s situation.
System of Grants.
Within its social policy scheme, TAU CERAMIC has set a program of grants to encourage its employees’ children to receive post-secondary and higher education. In the recent years the Company has given over 600 grants that have contributed to fund young people’s education.
Work Placements.
If you are receiving professional training studying a university degree or post-graduate degree either in Spain or in a different country, you have the chance to gain some work-experience and do your placement in our company.
