Four honours &#8211; the Gold Medal in Architecture, the Spanish Architecture and Town Planning awards and the International Spanish Architecture Awards- which, this year, acknowledge the longevity values that architecture has always been known for in addition to research and innovation for the common good to meet human needs and overcome challenges such as climate change.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tauceramica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/AAmado-CSCAEpremios023-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17353\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>The ceremony was held at the Zarzuela Hippodrome to highlight the values of this \u201cbenchmark in modern architecture.\u201d<br\/>The Gold Medal went to Alberto Campo Baeza (Valladolid, 1947) for his \u201ccoherent professional record\u201d. Upon receiving this honour, he gave some emotional thanks by saying: \u201cArchitecture is the most beautiful creative work in the world. I really believe this and have said it a number of times out loud and in writing. I\u2019ve dedicated my life and soul to architecture and I\u2019m happy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tauceramica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/AAmado-CSCAEpremios079-1024x841.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17354\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>As one of the sponsors of the event, TAU had a lovely evening surrounded by impressive professionals.
