November 25: An unavoidable commitment to ending violence against women

Every November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women reminds us of a reality that, despite social and legislative progress, continues to affect millions of women around the world. It is not just a date on the calendar: it is a call to action, reflection, and collective responsibility.

Violence against women takes many forms—physical, psychological, economic, sexual, and digital—and in most cases, it remains hidden. According to international organizations, one in three women has experienced violence at some point in her life. Behind every statistic there is a story, a disrupted environment, and a violated right.

Our Commitment

In our organization, we recognize that raising awareness is the first step toward generating real change. That is why we strengthen initiatives that promote equal opportunities, mutual respect, and the prevention of behaviors that may lead to situations of violence or discrimination.

This November 25, we renew our commitment to:

  • Promoting safe and respectful work environments, where any form of violence or harassment is identified and firmly addressed.

  • Providing continuous training, so that our team can identify risk behaviors and act in an informed manner.

  • Encouraging active listening and providing support, ensuring confidential channels for those who need assistance.

  • Building an organizational culture based on equality, where all individuals can fully develop their potential.

A Call to Action

Eliminating violence against women is not achieved through declarations alone, but through sustained action. This day invites us to reaffirm our role as agents of change, both within and beyond the organization.

Building a future free from violence is the responsibility of all of us. And that future begins with every gesture, every decision, and every policy that promotes a more just, equal, and safe society for women.
