Nuvart House

Conceived with a clear premise — the pursuit of light — Casa Nuvart is the perfect synthesis of serene elegance and functional design. This project, signed by the interior design studio Nuvart, stands as a manifesto of spatial harmony, where neutral tones, warm wood accents, and visual continuity create an immersive living experience.

From the very first step inside, the continuous flooring in the Origin Sand model sets the tone: a uniform, soft, and luminous canvas that visually unifies the entire space, offering a sense of openness and natural flow. This ceramic flooring stands out not only for its aesthetics but also for its technical qualities — water resistance, durability, and easy maintenance — making it an ideal choice for high-use, humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.

In the main bathroom, the project reaches a moment of true spectacle with the Emporio Calacatta series. This ceramic marble, with its grayish veins and subtle golden reflections, transforms the space into an almost sculptural atmosphere, where elegance asserts itself without effort.

The second bathroom opts for balance and texture with a combination of Lema White 40×120 and its relief version, Rlv Lema White. A composition that, with the simplicity of its lines, introduces rhythm and depth without breaking the visual calm that envelopes the entire project.

In the third bathroom, the narrative takes a more organic and refreshing turn. Here, two of TAU’s best-selling series come together: Chromatic Talco 33.3×100 and the Ficus relief. The large-scale leaf motif seems to emerge from the walls, adding a botanical, dynamic, and almost exotic touch — a subtle tribute to nature that pairs beautifully with the rest of the project’s quiet sophistication.

But perhaps the true soul of Casa Nuvart lies in its outdoor area. An authentic urban oasis where the pool and terrace become the heart of the home. For this space, the Devon Tan 90×90 series was chosen — a porcelain tile that balances warmth and performance, blending seamlessly into the landscape. Its natural hue and subtle texture allow light to flow freely, reinforcing the serene, contemporary sanctuary that defines the entire project.

Ultimately, Casa Nuvart is more than just a residence — it’s a statement of intent. An interior architecture that embraces calm, clarity, and conscious design. A project in which every decision — from materials to texture — reflects a cohesive, thoughtful, and profoundly elegant vision.
