You’re surrounded by artificial light all day and that affects your mood. When the lighting is radiant and abundant, you likely feel happy, active and enthused. This happens during the spring and summer, the seasons with the longest days. Nevertheless, scarce lighting is dismal and prevents you from seeing adequately. It can even depress you. That’s why you need adequate lighting and ceramic can help you get it. For example,

Temperature and light tones

Temperature also affects the intensity of light. The colder, the lighter the tone and vice-versa. This is where colours play an essential role as their intensity makes a space seem warmer or colder. A bright red just isn’t the same as a dull red. The first transmits warmth and the second is much colder. By playing with this idea, you can create unique atmospheres in your home.

One of the dominant colours is blue, in all different tones. Its presence transmits calmness which makes it a wonderful ally in bathrooms. Black also stands out as the ideal support for other colours since it highlights them. If you’re looking for an elegant colour that never goes out of fashion in ceramic trends, this is it.

In short, the effect of lighting can change a person’s mood. Always go for plenty of light all while being careful it isn’t overwhelming and use happy colours that are full of life to keep your spirits up.
